Delivery Zones
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. This includes all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're outside the UAE and interested in our products, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Orders below AED 60 may not be eligible for delivery. Please ensure your cart meets the minimum order value before checkout.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free delivery on all orders of AED 150 or more. The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout once your order reaches this threshold.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days — ideal for non-urgent orders across the UAE.
- Next Day Delivery: Delivered the next business day, provided your order is placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification when it's on its way.
Please note that orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.
Perishable & Chilled Products
Some of our products, including certain beverages and sodas, may be sensitive to temperature and handling conditions. We take care to package these items appropriately for UAE conditions, but we recommend:
- Being available to receive your delivery promptly.
- Storing products in a cool, dry place immediately upon receipt.
- Checking your order upon arrival and contacting us within 24 hours if any items appear damaged or compromised.
